Kummer started his career as an hourly and management college trainee with the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Indianapolis. He later assumed new positions at multiple properties and increasing levels of responsibility to become Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Adam’s Mark Hotels & Resorts.
